Classroom Sessions
Saturday, Sunday and Monday's class sessions will be held at

- Directions to Conference Room A for Sat and Sun class sessions: Park in Parking garage #1 Walk to main entrance of Mercy Hospital Proceed through lobby to end (past restaurant), make right Follow signs to Elevator "B" Select either elevator # 7 or # 8 Take elevator to sixth floor Exit elevator, make a quick right out of the elevator then left. Conference room "A" is ahead.
- Directions to the Bayview Pavilion for Monday's class session.
Park in Parking garage #1 Bayview Pavilion is the first building as you exit the parking garage. Walk through the lobby through the doors by the elevators. Follow the hall to the right. You will see the conference rooms on your left.

Pool Sessions
- Hadley Pool 1300 NW 50th Street (12th AVE & NW 50th ST)
- Directions from Mercy Hospital: Merge onto I-95 North. Take Exit 4B onto FL-112W via Exit 4B and go over the overpass. Stay in the right hand lane and take the first exit to the right towards NW 17th Ave. Slight left onto NW 40th St. Turn right onto NW 15th Ave. Turn left onto NW 15th CT. Slight right onto NW 50th St.
Open Water Sessions

For the open water training, we'll be working with
RJ Diving. The cost for the boat is $55US / session (if paid by cash) or $60US/session (if paid by credit card) for three sessions for the charter boat. You will pay the boat directly to RJ Diving. We will travel offshore from Miami for these sessions. Click here for a map to their dock.
- From I-95, exit eastbound on I-395 (MacArthur Causeway) to Miami Beach. Turn right after the big bridge on Alton Road for one block, then turn right into Miami Beach Marina, 300 Alton Road. You will see our boat directly in front on you on the dock where you can pull up and unload your gear. We are by Tarpoon Dive Shop and Monty's. Parking is next door in the lot next to Monty's.

Equipment Requirements

- Mask, fins and snorkel - Preferably low volume Freediving mask and long blade fins or mono fin.
- Wetsuit with gloves and boots - 3mm freediving suit required for pool and ocean sessions. Good freediving suit with attached hood is perfect.
- Weights and weight belt - Having an assortment of smaller weights to adjust for proper buoyancy is a must.
- Depth and/or timing device - A waterproof watch at the very least, better yet a freediving computer is perfect.

Don't worry about lines, floats and those sorts of things, we'll bring that. We also travel with an assortment of freediving computers for you to try out as well. Along with all of this we'll video your clinic so you can review each day, your skills in the water as they improve.
