Refund & Cancelation Policy

Student Reschedule or Cancellations

• More than 14 days notice: you can move to another course location and or date with only a $75 administration fee.
• Less than 14 days notice: you can move to another course location and or date with only a $175 administration fee.
• 7 days notice: you can move to another course location and or date with only a $350 administration fee.
• Less then 7 days notice or no notice; you may loose your full course payment of $695.
• If you are registered for a course that requires additional fees (such as hotel and travel for the Catalina trips for the Malibu and Newport Beach locations) and we are not given at least 2-weeks notice of change, then such fees may be deducted from your course deposit as well as any change fee.

PFI Cancellations

We at PFI will do everything possible to avoid having to cancel or postpone our courses. There are a few times when this will be unavoidable.

• Weather postponements: if a course date needs to be cancelled or postponed due to poor weather then you will be given the option to finish any missing course segments at another date.
• Insufficient attendance: PFI reserves the right to cancel any course date if there is less than 6 students registered. If this happens PFI will give no less than 2 weeks notice of the change. We will then do our best to help out anyone that has been inconvenienced by the change.

Private Course Cancellations

Due to the fact that PFI will have booked off those specific dates for your private group there are no refunds. If you need to change/cancel the course and we are able to fill the date, then we will move the deposit or full payment to another date. If we are not able to fill that date then there will be no refund.

Registration and Payment Details

To secure your spot in a course, we need to receive both your regsitration and either a 50% deposit or full payment. Any outstanding course balance is due by the start of the course.
